Hypercharge Unboxed sells 40,000 copies in 4 days on Xbox

Hypercharge Unboxed by Digital Cybercherries Limited is now available on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.

If you’ve ever seen a reel or TikTok of a game where a bunch of toys are causing chaos in the middle with weapons, then you know Hypercharge Unboxed. The 2020 multiplayer and offline shooter is now officially available through the Xbox Store. The game is an indie project, developed by a team of 6 people and available only for the first time steam. According to Jake Lucky on X (formerly Twitter), Hypercharge Unboxed sold over 40,000 copies within 4 days of its release on the Xbox Store.

Talking about the game, the story revolves around ancient action figures that allow humans to keep their childhood memories with their toys through a magical power called Hypercore. In this first- and third-person shooter, you play as action figures as you battle hordes of weaponized figures and defend Hypercore from the villainous faction Major Evil.

Additionally, Hypercharge Unboxed features online and offline cross-platform play with co-op for up to 2-4 players. The player must team up to collect resources, stronger weapons and secrets between waves of enemies to progress. There are two editions of the game available on the Xbox Store. The Standard Edition Offers the base game at a price of $29.99. The second version Complete edition of the game, it includes the contents of the Standard Edition along with the Supporter Pack and the Breaker & Mitus Pack. These packs include: Breaker action figure, Migtus action figure, Classic Hypercharge action figure, Roadwarrior action figure, more than 18 skins and weapons.
